We started back at school yesterday and what a shock it was to leave the appartment in the dark. It was a big day for us as we had to inform the school of our intentions for next year. What a hard decision that was to make. After much praying, talking and more praying we all felt that we should be here in Thailand, so we have agreed to sign for one more year (subject to contracts).
Who knows what the future holds but it certainly an adventure.
Good News
Josiah has passed his great 5 music theory exam!

Dr Who
One of the things that we all miss living here in Thailand is British T.V.
Strangly when we lived in the U.K we thought that it was a load of rubbish.
Now we are living abroad we appreciate all that is good about the BBC mainly Dr Who.
How sad we were to miss sitting down together as a family on Saturday evenings - if that is when it was shown!

We just had to buy series 1 when we were in the UK last Summer and although we tried to ration ourselves they were over far too quickly.
Fortunately for us a very kind lady from Scotland (Thanks Marjore) sent us 2 more discs and then Josiah got the rest of series 2 for Christmas.
They were devoured quicker than the Daleks destroyed the Cybermen.
Now we are left in suspense waiting to see if Martha Jones can match up to Rose.
Send us your views of the Christmas episode because we will have to wait months to see it!!

Bangkok Bombs
New year really began with a bang here in Bangkok with over 6 small explosions taking place around the city. Friends heard the explosions, two of which were fairly close to our appartment.
Life here carries on as usual except that all rubbish bins haven been removed! What will we do with our rubbish?
Our school is now looking into policy for bombs - it's been bird flu, shootings and the Coup - what will be next?
Never a dull moment in Bangkok.
